Far Cry Instincts: Predator
The following weapons are featured in the video game Far Cry Instincts: Predator:
Handguns
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS appears in the game with and without a sound suppressor. The magazine holds 15 rounds. Called "Silenced Handgun" and "Handgun" respectively, can be dual wielded.
MRI Desert Eagle Mark XIX
The Desert Eagle (called "Handgun") is the first weapon the player can acquire. It has the fluted-barrel of the .44/.357 Mark XIX and judging from the bore diameter is chambered in .357 Magnum. Has a incorrect capacity of 7 rounds, instead of 9 for its .357 Magnum chambering. It is a fairly common weapon, meaning that collecting ammo for it is an easy proposition.
Glock 18C
The Glock 18C appears as "Auto Handgun" with a 31-round magazine. Great rate of fire but large recoil and slow reload.
Shotguns
Benelli M3 Super 90
The M3 Super 90 appears in the game with an 8-shell capacity. Called simply "Shotgun" in the game. Its high damage makes this gun perfect for close quarters combat.
Sub-machine Guns
FN P90
The FN P90 is one of the best automatic weapons in the game. It packs more stopping power than the MP5A3 and has a larger magazine, making it a far superior choice. Its only downside is a lack of ammo at times, as the enemy soldiers do not always carry this weapon.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The H&K MP5A3 appears in the game simply as "SMG". It is the first automatic weapon to appear, carried by many mercenaries through out the game.
Assault Rifles
"Assault Rifle"
The child of a twisted mind, the "Assault Rifle" is a combination of several weapons, like the M4A1, FAMAS and M249 SAW. Unable to be dual-wielded, this incredibly powerful weapon can knock out even the toughest enemy in few shots. The secondary fire-mode is the M203 grenade launcher.
Mk 18 Mod 0
The Mk 18 Mod 0 appears in Predator as "Carbine". Comes with a non-detachable sound suppressor and some sort of red dot sight, probably based on a C-More Systems reflex scope. Strangely it deals less damage than the MP5A3.
Light Machine Guns
FN M249 SAW
The FN M249 Squad Automatic Weapon appears in the game as "Machine Gun" with a 50-round ammo can. Has nearly the same stats as the "Assault Rifle" but with bigger ammo capacity.
Sniper Rifles
Barrett M82A1
The Barrett M82A1 appears with a 10-round magazine and 10X scope. This sniper rifle is not suppressed, but packs a far bigger punch than the "Recon Rifle".
Heckler & Koch SL8 Sporting Rifle
The Heckler & Koch SL8 rifle appears in the game as "Recon Rifle". The 10-round magazine, 7X scope and sound suppressor makes it ideal to pick enemies from a distance. The rifle is modified with a short rail, rather than the standard overhanging long rail used on the original SL8.
Launchers
M202 FLASH
The M202 FLASH appears in the game as "Rocket Launcher". A rarity to find, this high impact weapon can really put a hurt onto any enemy, even the nasty mutants that will begin to appear in the game later.
M203 Grenade Launcher
The M203 grenade launcher can be seen mounted on the "Assault Rifle" in Predator. Strangely it fires hand grenades instead of the 40mm grenades.
