Counterpart is a Starz original science fiction series that follows Howard Silk (J.K. Simmons), a lowly UN employee working in present day Berlin who discovers that he is living in an alternate universe and that he has an identical "counterpart" in the "Prime" world, who is a field agent for the government. The series premiered on the Starz network in December of 2017 and aired until February of 2019.
