Blu Mankuma is an American-Canadian actor who has worked as an actor and voice actor since the Seventies. He moved to Canada in the Sixties and has resided in Vancouver with his family ever since. He is known for his deep cavernous voice and calm demeanor. Over the years he has frequently been cast as a police officer and father figure. He is one of those well-known character actors that audiences will recognize even if they can't recall exactly what they have seen him in before.
