This was the weapon used by Darius Stone (Ice Cube) in the Capitol atack scene, is later traded to Augustus Gibbons (Samuel L. Jackson) and picks up an XM8.

General Deckart is seen holding the President hostage using an H&K USP on the Presidential Bullet Train.
