The following weapons can be seen in the film Wrong Turn 3 : Left For Dead:
Pistols
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is the standard sidearm in the film. Chavez (Tamer Hassan) and Floyd (Gil Kolirin) use their captured Beretta 92FSs to threaten the cops and others. Sheriff Carver (Bill Moody) also uses one. Near the end of the film, Chavez fires the Beretta 92FS at Three Finger, but after one shot it runs dry.
Colt Trooper
A Colt Trooper is found by Nate (Tom Frederic) in an armored money truck and gives it to Walter (Charles Venn). Walter uses it to attempt to kill Chavez, only to discover it is empty.

SIG SG 540
A prison guard is seen holding a SIG SG 540.
