Westworld (2016-)

Westworld is the HBO series adaptation of the 1973 science fiction film written and directed by Michael Crichton. Like the film, the series revolves around a futuristic theme park which has recreated the Old West using ultra realistic androids. This adaptation is being executive-produced by J.J. Abrams, Burn Notice producer Lisa Joy and Person of Interest creator Jonathan Nolan. The cast includes Evan Rachel Wood, Ed Harris, and Anthony Hopkins.

The following weapons were used in the television series Westworld:

Handguns

Single Action Army

The Single Action Army is a revolver used by a number of characters in Westworld.

Teddy Flood (James Marsden) uses the revolver in "The Original" (S1E01).
Craig (Currie Graham) uses the revolver in "The Original" (S1E01).

Remington 1858 New Army

The Remington 1858 New Army also used by some of the characters in Westworld.

The revolver is used in "The Original" (S1E01).

LeMat 1861

The Man in Black (Ed Harris) carries what appears to be a LeMat 1861 revolver, which is proven to be a customized cartridge-firing model rather than a percussion black-powder weapon. The Man in Black is seen reloading his LeMet by breaking the weapon in half (the barrel and cylinder assembly from the frame), showing that the pistol has a cartridge cylinder similar to those produced by reproduction companies such as Uberti and Pietta (While this type of conversion wasn't existent in the Old West, the film takes place in a futuristic theme park. That being said, this conversion isn't technically an anachronism). The Man in Black loads the revolver with what appear to be .38 Short Colt cartridges, as well as a long, brass shotgun shell (appears to be around a 20 gauge) in the underbarrel shotgun. He is then seen firing the revolver on the normal cylinders, but also flipping the switch on the hammer and firing the shotgun. Also, interestingly enough, it appears that The Man in Black carries an entire second barrel/cylinder assembly in a holster mounted on his belt behind the holster for the full pistol. While the purpose of this has not yet been demonstrated, it can be assumed that it is meant to be a quicker reload.

An excellent shot of the 9-round LeMat cylinder with the shotgun barrel that doubles as the cylinder rod. .38 SHORT COLT can be read on the cartridges.
The brass shotgun shell is seen before being loaded into the pistol (appears to be around a 20 gauge).
The Man in Black reloads his revolver, which requires him breaking down the weapon. Note the cartridge cylinder, the main part of which is still mounted on the barrel assembly, and the "cap" lays adjacent to it on the table.
The Man in Black raises his pistol, giving a perfect view of the LeMat. Note the custom cylinder and that, despite the fact that the weapon has been converted, the ramrod is still attached.
The Man in Black demonstrates the LeMat's obvious advantage over other standard six-shooters by firing 9 rounds of .38 Short Colt, as well as the shotgun barrel.

Remington 1866 Derringer

A Remington 1866 Derringer pocket pistol is seen used by Maeve Millay (Thandie Newton).

Sub-machine guns

P90 TR

The Westworld security force loads up P90 TRs in "The Original" (S1E01). Note the tactical rails, mounted flashlight, and curious red paint job.

Rifles

Shotguns

A small number of Colt Model 1878 shotguns (most with shorter coach gun length barrels) are seen around Westworld.
