Wanted: Weapons of Fate (2009)

Wanted: Weapons of Fate is a third-person shooter video game based on the 2008 film Wanted. The game was developed by the now defunct developer GRIN and published by WB Games in 2009. In the game, which serves as a sequel to the film, the player controls Wesley, while in some flashback sequences, Cross, Wesley's father is also playable.

The following weapons appear in the game Wanted: Weapons of Fate:

Handguns

Beretta 92FS

Brummel uses a CornerShot with a Beretta 92FS pistol.

Beretta 92FS Custom

Wesley's main weapon in the first half of the game is a Beretta 92FS pistol customized with a compensator and ornate grips. Called the "Flyswatter Pistol".

Prop Beretta 92FS from the movie. This is likely a stand-in pistol, as in the movie a 92S was used - 9x19mm

Beretta 92SB Custom

Wesley's custom 92FS pistols change into 92SB's in certain pre-rendered cutscenes.

Beretta 92SB - 9x19mm
Wesley picks up the "Flyswatter" which has a rounded trigger guard in the cutscenes.

"Beretta 92A1 Inox"

This non-existent pistol is used by the Immortal and Cross (but only in cutscenes). The gun itself looks like a 92A1 with an Inox finish. There are just two problems with this; first that the 92A1 is not available with Inox finish, and second, the 92A1 did not exist in 2009 when this video game was made. The modeler was probably aiming for a Vertec or M9A1, but somehow messed up the trigger guard. Still, imfdb identifies guns based on the looks.

The Immortal's Beretta explodes when Cross hits it with a well-aimed shot.
Cross uses a customized version of this non-existent Beretta variant. Note the longer slide with compensator cuts. Interestingly, in this level Cross carries two CZ 85 pistols. The CZ's switch to this pistol in this cutscene, then back to CZ's when the cutscene is over. This is what you get if a different company makes the pre-rendered cutscenes for a game.

Colt Python

Some of the stronger enemies are using Colt Python revolvers.

Wesley stabs a bad guy holding a Colt Python revolver. Note the screw behind the cylinder - it indicates that this is a Python and not a similar-looking Anaconda.

CZ 75 Full Auto

Wesley and Cross use two CZ 75 Full Auto machine pistols with adjustable rear sights, sound suppressors, and ambidextrous CZ 85-style controls. Wesley takes these pistols from his father's mummified body to take care of The Immortal. Referred to as the "Fire Eaters".

You can say whatever you want but slow-mo in video games never gets old.

The Immortal (becomes a playable character after finishing the game) blind fires his CZ 75 Full Autos.

CZ 85

Two CZ 85 (ambidextrous version of the CZ 75) pistols are used by Cross, which transform in cutscenes into the Custom Beretta 92FS. The pistols have a 12-round capacity instead of the correct 10 or 16.

Glock 17

The Glock 17 is used by some guards, usually with a CornerShot. The Glock 17 is depicted to have a Glock 18C-style compensator.

"Nightshade"

Wesley also uses an ornate and compensated two-tone Beretta 92FS / M1911 Hybrid variant called the "Nightshade". Amazingly holds 20 rounds of .357 Magnum.

Shotgun

Sawed-Off Side by Side Shotgun

Several "elite" enemies are using Sawed-Off SxS shotguns. This is also the weapon used by The Russian.

Submachine Guns

Micro Uzi

Araña and several other enemies are using Micro Uzis in the game.

Heckler & Koch MP5K

The MP5K is used by various assassins.

Other

CornerShot

Some of the enemies in the later parts of the game use the CornerShot, usually equipped with a Glock 17. The CornerShot allows them to open fire around corner without having to expose themselves. Brummel uses a CornerShot with a 92FS. A fictional version of the firearm is also used by Fox in the movie itself.

FR F2

The French FR F2 sniper rifle is used by Cross, Wesley, The Immortal and some enemies.

M249 Squad Automatic Weapon

Cross uses an M249 SAW twice in the game; once during the level set in 1984, and later in the level set in 2006.
