WandaVision is an American streaming television series, based on the Marvel Comics superhero characters. Elizabeth Olsen reprises her role as Wanda Maximoff, aka the "Scarlet Witch", as she continues her relationship with Vision (Paul Bettany), (who presumably met his demise at the end of Avengers: Infinity War), as a married couple throughout different eras of the American television sitcom. The series is set after the events of Avengers: Endgame and is a precursor to future MCU films, including Spider-Man: No Way Home and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Wandavision is the first television series of Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and is produced by Marvel Studios. The series premiered on the streaming service Disney+ on January 15, 2021.
