The Beretta 92FS is a frequently seen weapon in Season 8. Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs) continues to carry a Beretta 92FS as his main firearm in Season 8. Tara Chambler (Alanna Masterson) switches from Rock Island Armory 1911 to a Beretta 92FS as her sidearm. Morgan Jones (Lennie James) continues to use a Beretta 92FS and he is seen firing it with a suppressor fitted in the trailer. Rosita Espinosa (Christian Serratos) now uses a Beretta 92FS has her sidearm in Season 8 whereas she used SIGs and Glocks from previous seasons.

Father Gabriel Stokes (Seth Gilliam) continues to use an M4A1 (although his rifle is missing the ACOG scope from Season 7's finale, also no rear sight but a Foregrip is fitted) in Season 8. The Alexandrian named Scott (Kenric Green) continues to use an M4A1 fitted with ACOG scope and Foregrip in Season 8.
