Mason (Frank Whaley), the Motel owner, has two Single Action Army hanging on the wall above his work station. Amy Fox (Kate Beckinsale) takes one of these in the final scene.

Mason takes down his SAAs after David Fox (Luke Wilson) suggests him to sue them on the unruly hotel guests..

Amy initially tries to pull the trigger to shoot Mason but she does not realize that the operation of the revolver is single action only.

Amy fires Mason's SAA.

Mason tries to shoot back but he isn't fast enough.

The Highway Patrolman (David Doty) carries a Beretta 92FS as his sidearm.

The Patrolman aims his Beretta 92FS the Foxes.

The Patrolman understands that there is something wrong.

The Patrolman runs out to check why his car won't start before being killed by Mason.

In the police car there is a Mossberg 500 as support weapon.

Amy and David Fox see the police officer to die.

David Fox (Luke Wilson) tries to take the shotgun but it's locked to the car.
