The Ferfrans RMGL 403 is seen in stand-alone configuration for a brief time, when the SOAR is being tested. The narrator refers to it as "XL-200", which was possibly the previous designation of the GL.

Enfield SA80(L85A2)
Archive film. Shown (randomly) throughout the series, mostly during the discussion of the G36C. Various (brief) clips and shots of British forces in Iraq and Afghanistan with both L85s and L86s. Iraq shots are obvious due to - l85s SUSATs, occasional AG-36 40mm UGL. L86 and SUSATs. (Most of the film appears to be that of 2006, pre-British withdrawal from Iraq) All are A2s. Afghanistan - various dates (most being 2008). Some shots of the new A2-Mark II (UORs, used by the Royal Marines), from mid 2009 onwards - new quad-RAS foreguard from DD with grippods and some have the temp. ACOG on lever mount.
