Trouble Man is a 1972 Blaxploitation film directed by Ivan Dixon starring Robert Hooks, Paul Winfield, and Ralph Waite. The film would be otherwise forgettable if not for its soundtrack by R&B/soul legend Marvin Gaye, who incorporated tracks from the soundtrack into his live performances for the rest of his career.
The following guns were used in the film Trouble Man (1972):
Auto-Ordnance M1911A1
All of the hoods holding up the dice game are armed with Auto-Ordnance M1911A1s. None of them are fired.
Colt Model 1903/1908
Chalky Price (Paul Winfield) shoots Abbey Walsh (John Edwards) with a Colt Model 1903/1908.
Colt Detective Special
Various characters are armed with Colt Detective Specials.
FN Browning 1903
T takes a FN Browning 1903 off of one of Big's (Julius Harris) henchmen. He later lays it down on Big's desk.
Winchester Model 1897
Various characters are seen with Winchester Model 1897 shotguns.
Beretta M1951
T's sidearm is a Beretta M1951. One of the Bogus Cops (Harrison Page) takes it away and uses it.
Star Model B
With his Beretta confiscated, T sneaks some weapons out of the LAPD evidence room, including a Star Model B. He uses it for the rest of the film.
Smith & Wesson Model 36
One of Chalky's henchmen is armed with a Smith & Wesson Model 36
Colt Pocket Positive
T also takes a Colt Pocket Positive from the evidence room.
Colt M1911A1
One of Pete Cockrell's (Ralph Waite) henchman draws a Colt M1911A1, but never is able to fire it.
Sawn-off Double Barreled Shotgun
