Trans-Siberian Express (Transsibirskiy ekspress) (Russian title: Транссибирский экспресс) is a 1977 Soviet Kazakh espionage drama film directed by Eldor Urazbayev. The story is set in 1927, when a group of foreign agents try to thwart the Japanese-Soviet trade agreement by assassination of Japanesse businessman Sayto in Trans-Siberian Express. Chekist Chadiyarov is sent to protect Sayto.

Trans-Siberian Express is the second film of the tetralogy about the adventures of Chadiyarov. It is preceded by The End of Ataman (Konets atamana) (1970) and followed by The Manchurian Variant (Manchzhurskiy variant) (1989) and Who are You, Mr. Ka? (Kto vi, gospodin Ka?) (2009).

Pistols

FN Model 1922

Alexandra Demidova (Nonna Terentyeva) own a FN Model 1922 pistol with wood grips. Chladiarov (Asanali Ashimov) found gun hiden in the Alexandra´s trunk.

Colt M1911A1

Schneider (Konstantin Grigorev) is armed with a Colt M1911A1 pistol. When he is seen on the roof of the train, his 1911 switches to TT-33 (see below).

Pre-War Colt M1911A1 Pistol - Commercial Model known as the "Colt Government Model" - .45 ACP. This has a deep Colt factory blued finish, common for commercial variants before and after the war.

CZ 27

Ishido (Oleg Li), Sayto's bodyguard, carries a CZ 27 pistol.

Schneider (Konstantin Grigorev) uses Ishido's pistol.

FN Model 1910

During the brawl between Ishido and Schneider, CZ 27 briefly switches to another pistol due to a continuity error. This pistol is most likely FN Model 1910.

Tokarev TT-33

When Schneider (Konstantin Grigorev) climbs the roof of the train, his M1911 switches to TT-33 due to a continuity error and then back again to 1911.

Japanesse secret service officer (Vadim Zakharchenko) used a 1914 Mauser Pocket Pistol pistol.

IZh-56-3

The daughter of a Japanese businessman is gunned by a rifle that appears to be IZh-56-3, a combination hunting rifle/shotgun with top barrel in .22 LR caliber and bottom barrel in 28 Gauge.

IZh-56-3 "Belka" ("Squirrel") with PVS-1 sniper scope - .22LR/28 Gauge. Previous versions of IZh-56 had a rifle barrel located below the shotgun barrel while IZh-56-3 had the rifle barrel on top.
