Handguns

Heckler & Koch USP Expert

VSSE agents Giorgio Bruno and Evan Bernard use a heavily modified Heckler & Koch USP Expert with a weaponlight. Like the previous game, Evan's USP is two-tone while Giorgio's is not.

Heckler & Koch Mark 23

Captain William Rush use a Heckler & Koch Mark 23 with a weaponlight mounted. This gun is loaded with 16 rounds in FPS mode. The Hamlin Battalion and Colorado National Guard also use it as their main sidearm, which is not correct since the Beretta M9 is suppose to be their main sidearm. In the PS3 version, the Mark 23 is also uses by W.O.L.F. (Western Order Liberation Front) terrorists.
In the pre-rendered cutscenes, these Mark 23 are always fitted with weaponlight (because which reuses Capt. Rush's Mark 23). but in-game, Capt. Rush's Mark 23 is only have weaponlight.

Mauser C96s are used by Wild Dog and his disciple Wild Fang to battle VSSE agents.

Submachine Guns

Unknown SMG

Several enemies and Colorado National Guard are use a very low detailed SMG. When they are killed, they drop G36C subcarbines instead.

Assault Rifles

Heckler & Koch G36C

A heavily modified Heckler & Koch G36C with a weapon light and stock removed is used by the Protagonists, several enemies and Colorado National Guard. is referred to as "machine gun", even though this is a assault rifle. This gun holds 80 rounds in FPS mode.

Sniper Rifles

Barrett M82

A Barrett M82 is used by Marcus Black as his main weapon during the boss fight in downtown San Francisco. Despite the weapon weighing roughly 30lbs and firing high-powered .50 caliber cartridges; Black not only shoots the weapon one-handed (much to the astonishment of Captain Rush), but manages to fire it accurately in bursts while standing and while swinging around using his grappling hook. His M82 also has a special feature in which he charges to fire a single shot that is guaranteed to hit the player he's aiming at, but leaves him vulnerable while doing so.

Mk 12 Special Purpose Rifle

A Mk 12 Special Purpose Rifle is used by the agents when they pursue a Hamlin Battalion truck.

Shotguns

Mossberg 590 Compact Cruiser

A Mossberg 590 Compact Cruiser is used by the Protagonists and fitted with iron sights and a weaponlight. It's very effective at killing Flying Terror Bites and pushing back heavily-armored machine gunners from using their knives on you at close range. It holds 8 rounds in FPS mode.

Machine Guns

M249-E1 SAW

VSSE agents use commandeered M249-E1 SAW from a Hamlin Battalion truck to engage Marcus Black in the boss fight.

Hamlin Battalion soldiers use a heavily modified M249 Paratrooper SAW with a Mk 46 Mod 0-style with mounted red dot scopes and a weaponlight.

FN GAU-21 Aircraft Machine Gun

The helicopter in several stages has a modified FN GAU-21 Aircraft Machine Gun fitted with muzzle brake of a MG42.

Browning M2

The Browning M2 is seen mounted on Hamlin Battalion and Colorado National Guard's modified OH-58C Kiowa and modified HUMVEEs. Its also appear as Hamlin Battalion's M51 Quad Anti-Aircraft vehicles and usable stationary weapon in FPS mode.

Gun arm

Wild Dog uses a Gatling gun arm to replace the left arm he amputated after his defeat in the first game. It received upgrades, which includes a flamethrower and a rocket launcher (which were seen in Time Crisis 3). It also has grappling hooks and tractor beams.

The helicopter in several stages has an heavily modified Mk 19 Grenade Launcher.

Leuchtpistole

A Leuchtpistole appears as a weapon icon in arcade mode. Its likeness is used for the icon of the grenade launcher, a rather unlikely choice of weaponry for a high-tech rogue special forces battalion.

Sturmpistole

A modified Sturmpistole with double barrels appear only in the game's FPS mode.

Rocket Launchers

Pansarskott m/86

The Pansarskott m/86, the Swedish Army version of the M136 AT4 with folding foregrip, is used by Hamlin Battalion soldiers as their main anti-armor weapon.

The (rather large) FIM-92 Stinger launcher is seen mounted on Hamlin Battalion's modified Stryker and HEMTT.
