The main firearm used by Akikazu Fujishima (Kôji Yakusho) is the Smith & Wesson Model 586. He uses it many times throughout the movie.

Detective Asai (Satoshi Tsumabuki), Detective Aikawa (Jô Odagiri), and many policemen can be see armed with snub nose Smith & Wesson Model 36 revolvers.
