The following weapons were used in the film The Watcher:
WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!
Glock 17
Campbell (James Spader) carries Glock 17 as his sidearm. Later he gives it to Griffin (Keanu Reeves). Initially, the weapon is a 3rd Generation Glock 17, but after being given to Griffin, it changes to what appears to be an airsoft version of a 2nd Generation Glock.
Glock 17 3rd Generation - 9x19mm. Note the finger grooves, thumb reliefs, and accessory rail on the frame, which differentiate it from the older 2nd Generation model.

Campbell fires his pistol.
Campbell holds the Glock. Clearly visible in this image is the rail on the dust cover, identifying the Glock as a 3rd Generation model.
2nd Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm
Griffin points Glock 17 at Campbell.
Close view of the muzzle, showing what appears to be an airsoft pistol inner barrel.
Pistol's number can be seen. Note the significant continuity error: Here, the Glock clearly has no accessory rail on the frame, indicating that it has become a 2nd Generation model, rather than the 3rd Generation model seen earlier in the movie.
Beretta 92F/FS
During the chase in the abandonned building, Campbell (James Spader) draws a Beretta 92F/FS, but in continuity error on tight shot he has his Glock 17, then again the Beretta and finally the Glock for the rest of the chase.
Campbell draws a Beretta when looking for Griffin.
On the same scene, on tight shot, the Beretta becomes a Glock.
Sawed Off 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun
Griffin uses the Sawed Off 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun. Later we can se this gun in the Campbell's hands.

M16 Rifle
Special Forces were armed with the M16 Rifle.
The original M16, the first version, firing in a 20-round magazine, adopted in large numbers by the U.S. Air Force in Vietnam. This has the original
3-prong flash hider. It would later be replaced by the upgraded M16A1 - 5.56x45mm
Various pistols
When the CPD surround the second crime scene, police officers seems to have various pistols but mostly revolvers.
