Attilio watches Coalition M60A1 tanks pass by, M85 heavy machine guns mounted on their roofs. The use of Patton tanks is anachronistic as they were long retired from US frontline service by 2003. According to Dale Dye, the military adviser on the film, the tanks were actually borrowed from the Tunisian military as the Iraq sequences were filmed in Tunisia.
