The following weapons were seen in The Matrix Revolutions used by the following actors:
Beretta 92 FS
Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) uses a Beretta M92F during the Merovingian's Club scene. One of the guards at the Merovingian's Club also has a Beretta M92F, but his is heavily customized with a heavy stainless steel slide, and is two tone.

Heckler & Koch MP5K
Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) uses a pair of Heckler & Koch MP5Ks with the front handlegrips removed exposing the barrels.
