The following weapons were used in the film The Machine Girl:

Beretta 92 variant

Violet Kimura (Honoka Ishibashi) uses a Beretta 92 variant.

Beretta 92FS - 9x19mm.
Violet aims a Beretta, likely an Airsoft.
A CGI muzzle flash is used to simulate firing.

Wrist Pistol

Gang recruits use custom semi-auto wrist pistols.

Gang recruits each have two wrist pistols.
The wrist pistols appear to be built with Beretta 92 Airsoft receivers.

Chain Gun

Ami Hyuga (Minase Yashiro) uses a chain gun constructed by Suguru Sugihara (Yûya Ishikawa).

Suguru prepares the chain gun while Ami waits.
CGI muzzle flashes simulate firing.
The barrels on the prop gun do not rotate. CGI muzzle flashes in different positions simulate firing from each barrel.
Ami reloads. The small drum could hold 100 rounds or less, however Ami fires many times that amount before reloading.
Ami moves while firing at the gang recruits.
Ami and Miki (Asami) dodge a CGI tracer round (red arrow) fired from a wrist pistol.
