The gun on the head of Claire.

Colt M4

In "The Poet's Fire" (S1E03) several FBI officials were seen with M4 rifles.

Colt M4A1 with 6 position collapsible stock - 5.56x45mm NATO.

The officers armed with M4 rifles.

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5A2

In "Pilot" (S1E01) a cop has a Heckler & Koch MP5A2

SHeckler & Koch MP5A2 with Surefire 628 dedicated forend weaponlight - 9x19mm.

The police armed with H & KMP5A2.
