==Ithaca Model 37 RIPD (Rhode Island Police Department) Officer Brad (John Brotherton) uses an Ithaca Model 37 shotgun to breach through the locked door of the Perron's home near the end of the film.

Officer Brad takes an Ithaca Model 37 from the trunk of his police cruiser.
Officer Brad pumps his shotgun after Ed (Patrick Wilson) and Lorraine Warren (Vera Farmiga) attempt to open up the front door of the Perron's home.
Officer Brad shoots open the front door with his Ithaca Model 37.
The shotgun is set aside by a dilapidated piano when Officer Brad assists in a physical struggle with Carolyn Perron (Lili Taylor).
Bathsheba (Joseph Bishara) telepathically possesses the shotgun as Roger Perron (Ron Livingston) pushes Ed Warren out of the line of fire.
