Terminator Salvation (2009)

Terminator Salvation is third-person shooter video game available for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. It is an interquel that takes place between the events of Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines and Terminator Salvation. The game tells certain back stories; i.e. how John Connor and Barnes met for the first time.

The following weapons appear in the video game Terminator Salvation:

Remington 870 Folding Stock

The Remington 870 Police Combat with Folding Stock is available as a usable weapon. This weapon is very effective against Aerostats; it is capable of destroying them with one shot at close range. In the game it has an 8 round magazine capacity and the player can carry a total of 160 shells. This particular shotgun is obviously a homage to the second movie.

Colt M4A1 Carbine

The M4A1 Carbine in the game holds 40-rounds but is modeled with a 30-round magazine. Connor can carry a total of 800 rounds including what is loaded in the weapon. If Connor runs out of ammo, the squad members will give him extra magazines. Also, all the M4A1s are fitted with unusable flashlights.

FN M249E2 SAW

The FN M249E2 SAW is available to the player and is incorrectly referred to as a heavy machine gun in game. This weapon is mainly good for the big machines like T-7Ts and T-600s. The M249 SAW in the game has a 200-round magazine and the player can carry another 200 rounds in reserve for a total of 400 rounds. It has the barrel of an M249 Paratrooper.

As a vehicle mounted weapon it has infinite ammo but will overheat over time. It is also found as a stationary weapon with a single 300-round magazine, though it is rendered with a 100-round ammo can.
