Terminator: Genisys is the fifth installment in The Terminator film series and Arnold Schwarzenegger returns in a starring role as a new version of the iconic character. The 2015 film finds Kyle Reese (now portrayed by Jai Courtney) traveling back in time to save Sarah Connor (now portrayed by Emilia Clarke) from a Terminator sent to eliminate her, but finds that the past is vastly different from what he was told and what was seen in the first Terminator film. Directed by Alan Taylor (Thor: The Dark World), the film also features Jason Clarke as John Connor and Lee Byung-hun as the T-1000.

Pistols
Desert Eagle MK VII
Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke) is seen using a Desert Eagle MK VII in a confrontation with the T-1000.
Glock 17
Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney) is armed with a Glock 17 during a chase on the Golden Gate bridge.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Sarah also uses a Heckler & Koch MP5K in the film.
Shotguns
Remington 870 Police Combat with Folding Stock
During a chase, Sarah Connor engages the T-1000 armed with a Remington 870 Police Combat with Folding Stock. This particular Remington model was seen in the hands of Sarah Connor in both T2 and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
Remington Model 1100
An aged T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger) uses a sawed-off Remington Model 1100 when engaging the T-800 that arrives during the events of The Terminator.
FN Tactical Police Shotgun
Sarah also is seen using an FN Tactical Police Shotgun, which is anachronistic for 1984, as the TPS did not enter the civilian market until the mid-2000's.
Rifles
AKMS
During the Future War, several resistance fighters are seen armed with what appear to be visually modifed versions of the AKMS. Unmodified AK rifles are also used by fighters.
M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 Carbine with various attachments is seen used by Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney) and Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke), which is highly anachronistic for 1984, as the M4A1 was not produced until ten years later.
Colt CAR-15
Kyle (Jai Courtney) also appears to use the CAR-15 fitted with an M203 grenade launcher.
Barrett M82A1
What appears to be an early model Barrett M82A1 is among the weapons carried by Sarah Connor when Kyle travels to the past in the alternate reality to the events of The Terminator. Although the M82 is not anachronistic for 1984, the much more common and improved A1 model was not introduced until 1986, two years after the events of the first film.
Other
FIM-92A Stinger
A future resistance fighter is seen with an FIM-92A Stinger missile launcher.
RPG-7
Several resistance fighters are seen carrying RPG-7 launchers before the final assault on the machines.
Carl Gustav Recoilless Rifle
A Carl Gustav appears to be carried by the Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) who confronts a young Sarah Connor.
Weapons Bunker
At one point, Sarah and Kyle enter a bunker filled with several weapons including rifles and launchers.
