An engraved Walther PPK/S is given to Det. Lt. Nicholas 'Nick' Frescia (Kurt Russell) during a meeting with Mexican law enforcement at the restaurant of Jo Ann Vallenari (Michelle Pfeiffer). Nick later takes it out from his trunk and gives it to Jo Ann. When Frescia confronts him, Dale 'Mac' McKussic (Mel Gibson) pulls it on Nick.

The Beretta 92F is pulled on Mac by Escalante (Raul Julia).

Beretta 92F - 9x19mm. This well worn movie gun is the original Beretta 92F that Bruce Willis used in Die Hard and was also used by Mel Gibson in the Lethal Weapon series. This is the hero screen used live firing gun in both films and has since been 'retired' to a glass museum case. Note the extended slide catch.
