This template places a Banner template indicating that the page is incomplete. If a page is woefully lacking in material, it should be considered incomplete. (Note that Work in Progress and Incomplete are mutually exclusive. Pages that are currently being worked on can and will be missing lots of information. As long as someone is in the process of updating the page, it should be considered a WIP. If that page has been abandoned however, it should then be considered incomplete. To add a page to the incomplete list, place the text {{Incomplete}} at the top of the article.
