Please help ID
This was ID'ed as a Government model, but it has front serrations. Please help confirm. --Ben41 (talk) 14:26, 20 February 2017 (EST) Detective Frank Rourke (Bill Paxton) of the SIS carries as his main sidearm.
Could be a nickel plated SW1911. The slide serrations match the slide serrations on a nickel SW1911.--Bauer2121 (talk) 16:19, 20 February 2017 (EST)

- It isn't a SW1911, the front serrations are in a slightly different place and it is lacking the external extractor. I was going to take a guess at a Colt XSE, but I think that they all have an ambi safety and this gun doesn't so not sure. --commando552 (talk) 17:12, 21 February 2017 (EST)
I think Lee's Kimber could very well be the infamous Kimber SIS Pro version due to the fact that if you look closely her Kimber has what looks to be the SIS rear slide serrations. If true this would likely be a nod to SIS's actual real life counter part who had these Kimbers built specifically for LAPD SIS until they were called off do to causing a lot of controversy with LAPD watch dog groups. --Choi117 (talk) 18;42, 21 February 2017 (PST)
