Are we Sure Cruise has a Single Action Army? It looks like it might be an open top model, possibly an 1860 Cartridge Conversion.--68.102.156.139 22:49, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

It looks like you're right, I just looked it up and I found this gun called a 1860 Colt Army Revolver, it looks similar to a Single Action Army, but dosen't have the top part. When I saw it in the movie, I assumed it was an old fashion version of the SAA.
Its definitely a Colt cap and ball revolver converted for cartridges. In the picture in the article you can clearly see there's no top strap, and a plunger instead of the loading lever. If someone can find some screen-shots with a side view we might be able to figure out whether its an 1851, 1860 or 1861.--68.102.156.139 19:52, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
You're right.
I would say you're right, it is the revolver you talked about. There are a few other scenes with it, but they're very brief. I'll fix the article right now.

Cutlery

Maybe it is misinterpreted, but the F in IMFDB stands for Firearms, not cutlery. Unless the knife is very important to the main character or placed in discussion, we list guns here, not swords. - Gunmaster45
Perhaps you'd like to explain to me then why rocket launchers and various explosive devices are named, then? They are definitely NOT guns.
