Yeah, I have re-created this page because the game DOES contain some realistic weapons. Oh, and can anyone help with that revolver? --bozitojugg3rn4ut 20:31, 21 February 2011 (UTC)

that third ak47 picture looks more like an mp44

I think it is too. I believe that was when you go back in time to the 30's i think. I haven't played the game in a while so I'm a bit rusty User:SeanWolf

there are no Germans in the game nor does it take place in Germany nor there is any connection to Germans or Nazis or anything like that I don't think its the 30's I believe the past levels was in cold war times, since it is mentioned that the experiments are done in order to gain upper hand against America which would make no sense in the 30's

That image is from the beta, check the dude's gloves and the TMD - they look different on the other images. And that weapon is an AK, what would the MP44 do on a fictional Russian island in '55? --bozitojugg3rn4ut 23:03, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
Haven't played the game, and although it makes no sense based on what people have said, that is definitely a Sturmgewehr 44, not an AK. Note how there is a length of receiver behind the pistol grip before the butt starts, the butt is exactly the same shape as an StG44, the trigger grip and pistol grip are part of the receiver with grip plates bolted either side, the "chunkyness" of the rear sight, the much slimmer hand guard, and the presence of the rod at the end of the gas tube. Look at the article for the StG44, and you will see it is definitely the same gun. --commando552 23:15, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
