:He may have played one of the most thoroughly unlikeable characters in Star Trek when he guest starred on TNG. Even Data, a machine incapable of hate, was willing to shoot him in cold blood. Yeah he was good in that role. There is a very good possibility that Mr. Rubinek would actually be very pleased by your reaction. It means he did his job.
