Contrary to what all the Internetz say, the IAR 556 isn't a 416. Looks nothing like it.

CNC SOCOM AND IAR 556
The CNC SOCOM is also a hard one to classify it looks like a M14 or possibly something else. Sorry for no picture, but it won't let me upload any.
