Except for the closeup when Jack T. Colton (Michael Douglas) pushes the safety off on the shotgun, the receiver on the gun he is using looks like an Ithaca Model 37, as the photo of him taking cover shows there is no ejection port on the right side as the Model 870 has, although the forestock and vented rib on top looks like the 870. harleyguy 22:21 16 March 2010
