Excellent marksman, though this 31-year-old officer failed the STARS selection process twice for his anger management and drinking issues. Terrible dart player, especially when drunk, and the third best marksman in Raccoon City (the top two presumably being STARS Officers Chris Redfield and either Forrest Speyer or Ed Dewey). Friend to both Leon Kennedy and Chris, and possibly the person that got Leon to apply for the R.P.D. and a place in the S.P.F. despite his status as a rookie.

I'm bringing up these three, as they relate directly to the article. Mark was listed as "Mark Hamilton" and Kevin's .45 Auto was listed erroneously as a custom weapon, when we (fans) all know that Chief Irons is too cheap to have such weapons bought, and Kevin too broke (guy doesn't pay his bar tab) to do it himself.

The Survivors (well, three of them):

Mark Wilkins, Security Guard

Perk: Very strong

Starting Item: Mark's Handgun (Beretta M92F with better damage drop-off at range)

An "over 50-years old" veteran of the Vietnam War, Mark is the most robust character in the game, able to move objects that ordinarily need two people. Friends with a gent about his age, named Bob. Has a wife and a teenage son that lives outside Raccoon City somewhere.

Dr. George Hamilton

Perk: Turns Herbs into Pills, Has a Dodge-Tackle Counter Attack

Starting Item: Medical Kit

A gifted 39-year-old surgeon that works at Raccoon City hospital, he recently divorced after a long marriage and is dealing with the traumatic breakup of his family, by working harder at the hospital. He's friends with a researcher at Raccoon University.

Officer Kevin Ryman, Raccoon City Police Department Select Police Force

Perk: Fast, high health, "Pot Shot" ability

Starting Item: .45 Auto for Kevin

Excellent marksman, though this 31-year-old officer failed the STARS selection process twice for his anger management and drinking issues. Terrible dart player, especially when drunk, and the third best marksman in Raccoon City (the top two presumably being STARS Officers Chris Redfield and either Forrest Speyer or Ed Dewey). Friend to both Leon Kennedy and Chris, and possibly the person that got Leon to apply for the R.P.D. and a place in the S.P.F. despite his status as a rookie.
