There wasn't any real change made to the gun itself from 1910, outside of installing a large water-filler sometime in WWII. There was no change on it in 1930 that I'm aware of, unlike the Mosin-Nagant rifle, so I don't know where the 1910/30 designation comes from, outside of possible 1910 gun/.30 caliber (7.62x54mm-R specifically) My point is both of the guns seem to be exactly the same, and thus are redundant.
