I'm not sure but the first unidentified rifle bears resemblance with Pattern 1914 Enfield: the front sight with large "ears", the shape and position of barrel bands. But if it's really a Mosin, then maybe one of Finnish models can fit: M27 or M28, both also have large "ears" of similar shape.
