- Well, if they changed it to a white guy, they might as well cast Liam Neeson since this is the exact kind of revenge movie he'd sign on to. This is a real generic story no matter who the actors are. Oddly enough, the book is called The Chinaman. Wait, why is the book called The Chinaman when the guy is Vietnamese?
