I had thought that completing this page would be simple, just grabbing caps, but with three wrong IDs in the first half, I now have doubts. I don't know commercial hunting rifles that well. I can use a little help. Thanks. --Funkychinaman 21:48, 11 January 2012 (CST)
Marlin 336C
The Marlin 336c in .30-30 Winchester is used by Rueben Soady (Jeff Daniels). His father Albert (Harve Presnell) also uses Reuben's rifle on occasions. (The receiver looks right, but the barrel seems a bit off.)
Winchester Model 70
A Winchester 70 is used by Reuben's brother Remnar (Joey Albright). (The bolt handle throws me off a bit.)
Remington 700
Albert Soady uses a Remington 700 as his hunting rifle. (Sorry, these are the best shots I could get.)
