::I was going to say that, after noting later that the film was an AUSTRALIAN movie. (but it was late and IMFDB was experiencing technical difficulties on me)  Foreign films would have access to more exotic weapons than U.S. films.  BM-59s just never were common in the U.S.  BM-59s would actually require a bit of work to alter the front end to make it look like a faux M14.  This may be the first appearance of an Italian BM-59 in a movie on IMFDB. I was going to say that, after noting later that the film was an AUSTRALIAN movie. (but it was late and IMFDB was experiencing technical difficulties on me) Foreign films would have access to more exotic weapons than U.S. films. BM-59s just never were common in the U.S. BM-59s would actually require a bit of work to alter the front end to make it look like a faux M14.
