Brazillian Militia?

Can someone identify these guns?

I thought it was a MP5K but if we look closer, it doesn't seem to be one.
- It could be a K with the forward grip removed? Spartan198

And this one looks like a UMP but the the silhouette isn't exactly the same (maybe the model of the game was not loaded enough).
