Molotov Cocktail
Fiona is seen throwing Molotov Cocktails on some cartel soldiers in "Fight or Flight".
A production image of Gabrielle Anwar as Fiona preparing to toss the Molotov cocktails. She mentioned in the DVD commentary that there were a lot of safety personnel standing offscreen just in case.
Mike's first gun?
So where did Mike get his Sig P228 in Episode 2? He was never shown buying one at the local gunstore or from the local street dealer (in which case there would probably be a scene showing him burning off the serial number as he explains that it makes the gun harder to trace if he loses it). He just pulls it out while talking with Quentin. Is it a plot hole or an old gun of his that he kept from his spy days?
