Wittorf's pistol
The Wittorf's pistol extremely puzzled me. I had a gut feeling that this is a self-made weapon. And after some searching I found this: a photo of a real pistol, copyrighted by Volkskundemuseum Schleswig. Looks like it's not a pistol but a submachine gun!
