Smith & Wesson Model 629 (Custom Mag-na-ported)

In "Cutting Cards" (S2E03), both Reno (Lance Henriksen) and Sam (Kevin Tighe) use what appears to be a custom Mag-na-ported Smith & Wesson Model 629 with a 2.5 inch barrel. This appears to be the same revolver seen in the film Beverly Hills Cop.

Winchester Model 1897 Trench shotgun

Sergeant Ripper (Lance Henriksen) carries a Winchester Model 1897 Trench shotgun fitted with a bayonet in "Yellow" (S3E14).
