In "Chapter Seven: The Lost Sister", several Chicago Police Department SWAT officers are seen armed with Hi-Powers. In "Chapter Eight: The Mind Flayer", Bob Newby (Sean Astin) briefly uses a Hi-Power taken from a dead MP.

In "Chapter Six: The Spy", what appears to be several Colt M1911A1's are briefly seen in the armoury at Hawkins National Laboratory. In "Chapter Seven: The Lost Sister", Axel (James Landry Hébert) and a Chicago Police detective are also seen carrying M1911's.

Colt Official Police

A Colt Official Police is seen used by a Chicago Police Department officer in "Chapter Seven: The Lost Sister" (S2E07). The revolver appears to be missing its ejection rod. This is likely a continuity error, as Hopper was seen carrying a Colt Python revolver before.
