FN P 90 Personal Defence Weapon: This is the standard sub-machine gun of the Atlantis expedition and is carried by most Marines and armed scientists.
Beretta M9 Semi-Automatic Pistol: The standard U.S army sidearm and also widely issued to both military and civilian personal on Atlantis.
Colt M1911A1 Semi-Automatic Pistol: Major (later Lieutenant Colonel) Sheppered carries one of these in preference to the standard-issue Berettas.
FN Minima (M249 Squad Automatic Weapon): used by the Atlantis expedition, most notably in the Season 2 episode Duet where several are used to shoot down a Wraith Dart.
