The assassin who tries to kill Yu uses a Beretta Model 70.
Glock 17
Yu is presented with a second generation Glock 17 at the Mount Ararat research facility.
Submachine Gun
H&K MP5-A3
Several COSMOS soldiers use H&K MP5-A3s. ARCAM Defense Force units too use the submachine gun in fighting off Machine Corp soldiers.
H&K MP5-SD3
Yu as well as the other COSMOS soldiers are seen using H&K MP5-SD3s in a flashback.
H&K MP5K
Several ARCAM researchers are seen defending themselves with H&K MP5Ks.
Sterling
One of the Turkish assasins uses a Sterling SMG.

Several of the Machine Corp. soldiers that attack the Mount Ararat research facility use Beretta M12 sub-machine guns.

Jean Jacquemonde uses an IMI Galil near the end of the film.
Colt XM177-E2
Many of the COSMOS soldiers are armed with Colt XM177-E2 rifles. Machine Corp troopers are also using the rifle as well.
Enfield L85A1
British soldiers chasing Yu at the beginning of the movie are armed with Enfield L85A1 rifles.

SPAS-12
Jean Jacquemonde's weapon of choice is a Franchi SPAS-12.
Machine Guns
Browning M2HB
A Browning M2HB with anti-aircraft sights and a shield is seen mounted outside the Mount Ararat research facility. Yu demonstrates the advantages that a Spriggan wearing an ARCAM-issued Armored Muscle Suit has over a normal solder by ripping the Browning off its mount and charging the invaders.
M60 Machine Gun
During a flashback of the COSMOS Program, Yu uses an M60 machine gun to kill his instructors.
GE M134
The Machiner's Platoon super-soldier codenamed "FATMAN" uses a hand-held M134 Minigun modeled after the one used in Terminator 2.
Other
M2 Mortar
When he enters the Ark, Yu uses an M2 Mortar as a impromptu rocket launcher.
Flare Pistol
One of the assassins carries an unidentified flare pistol.
Rocket Launcher
Jean uses a fictional rocket launcher against the soldiers invading the Mount Ararat research facility. It bears a moderate resemblance to a BGM-71 TOW.
Wrist Gun / Razor Wire
The Machiner's Platoon super-soldier codenamed "LITTLE BOY" uses a wrist-mounted weapon system that contains a razor-wire launcher and a small-caliber submachine gun.
