Yu Ominae's preferred sidearm is a SIG P226.
Beretta 92F
Several Beretta 92F pistols are seen throughout the movie.

The assassin who tries to kill Yu uses a Beretta Model 70.
Glock 17
Yu is presented with a second generation Glock 17 at the Turkey Research Facility.
Submachine Gun
H&K MP5-A3
Several use H&K MP5-A3s.
H&K MP5-SD3
Yu as well as the other Spriggan soldiers are seen using H&K MP5-SD3s in a flashback.
