The following guns were used in Tom Clancy's Chaos Theory:

Splinter Cell Chaos Theory (2005)

Handguns

Beretta 92FS

Used by the People's Voice Revolutionaries and Panamanian guards.

Beretta 92F - 9x19mm.

FN FiveseveN

Referred to as the 'SC Pistol'. Sam's standard issue sidearm. Is said in-game to be integrally silenced. It appears to be the original model. Is fitted with an 'OCP device' which temporarily disrupts electrical equipment.

FN Five-SeveN (Original Model), 5.7x28mm. This model is no longer produced.

Rifles

AKM

Used by a People's Voice revolutionary and the North Korean soldiers.

May possibly be a Type 56, but I cannot get a close enough look to tell.

The ones in game seem to have synthetic furniture like the AK-103, but lack its muzzle brake.
A North Korean soldier holds one of the suspected AKMs in the Battery level

CIS SAR-21

Used by I-SDF troops.

SAR 21, 5.56mm NATO
A I-SDF operative with a CIS SAR-21 slung over his back in the Bathhouse mission.

FN F2000 Tactical

Sam's standard issue rifle. Fitted with either a 40 mm launcher, a shotgun, a '20mm Sniper attachment', or an ordinary handguard. Sights are usually a C-More Red dot sight, changing to a standard F2000 sight with the 'sniper attachment'. In game is said to be integrally silenced. Unlike the real weapon, the one in-game has an adjustable stock.

FN F2000 Tactical with folding foregrip 5.56x45mm NATO
Sam aims his FN 2000 with the sniper attachment in the Penthouse level.
The FN 2000 with the foregrip attachment in the Bank level.

The same man holds the Heckler & Koch G36C in a different playthrough.

An Steyr AUG Special Receiver - 5.56x45mm. The AUG A2 is the military version of this.
A revolutionary passes Sam with his Steyr AUG A2 at the ready.
Here the heavily customized state can be seen very well.

XM29 OICW

Used by some National Guardsmen, and seen next to the bodies of a few South Korean soldiers.

Late-model over / under Objective Individual Combat Weapon (OICW) 5.56x45mm & 20mm
A knocked out guardsman lies next to his XM29 OICW.

FN EGLM, 40mm. Here seen in standalone configuration.
Sam attaches the FN EGLM to his FN 2000 in the Bank level.

Shotguns

Unknown Shotgun

An unidentified shotgun that can be mounted under Sam's F2000. It appears to be a modified SPAS-12 with the grip and stock removed, as the barrel and fore end bears a strong resemblence to the SPAS-12

Sam Fisher mounts the Shotgun under his FN 2000.

Machine Guns

M60E3

Seen sticking out of a box of weapons in the first mission.

XM312

Used as part of Displace International's automated sentry guns. Seems to have a higher rate of fire than the real one, and does less damage than you would expect from a .50 BMG weapon, killing the player no faster than any other automatic weapon in the game.

XM312, .50 BMG

Grenades

M67 hand grenade

The games resident frag grenade.

M69 training grenade - an inert version of the M67 High-Explosive Fragmentation hand grenade. The real live version has a more brownish color and has painted factory markings on the body.
