Characteristics
The Model 14 Target Masterpiece was a 38 Special, double action revolver built on the square-butt K target frame. It was a continuation of the pre-World War II K-38 Target Masterpiece. It was manufactured initially from 1947-1982. Production was resumed in 1991. The second production model had a full lug ribbed barrel.
