Lex Luthor (Michael Rosenbaum) is armed with what appears to be a COP .357 four-barrel Derringer in "Transference" (S4E06).

In "Lucy" (S4E16), Marcus Becker (Peter Wingfield) uses a stainless Jericho 941 to kidnap Lois Lane and Lucy Lane.

SIG-Sauer P226

In "Bound" (S4E09), Shannon Bell (Cobie Smulders) uses a stainless SIG-Sauer P226 to knock out Lex and later confront him. In "Onyx" (S4E17), Evil Lex uses a stainless SIG-Sauer P226.

In "Devoted" (S4E04), Danny Cormay (Graham Kosakoski) carries a Mossberg 500 in the locker room.

Jason Teague (Jensen Ackles) uses a Mossberg 500 to stops Clark's parents in the farm in "Commencement".

"M1-L1 Triple-Pulse Rifle"

Lois Lane (Erica Durance) uses a highly modified Calico M955A in "Gone" (S4E02) to defend Clark. This prop is actually the "M1-L1 Triple-Pulse Rifle" used in Deep Rising, but modified to be a stun gun.
