In "Onyx" (S4E17), Evil Lex uses a stainless SIG-Sauer P226.

The National Gaurd troops evacuate Smallville with the Colt M16A4 in the season 4 finale

Mossberg 500

In "Devoted" (S4E04), Danny Cormay (Graham Kosakoski) carries a Mossberg 500 in the locker room. Jason Teague (Jensen Ackles) uses a Mossberg 500 to stops Clark's parents in the farm in "Commencement".
