Shake, Rattle & Roll Extreme is a 2023 Filipino horror anthology film. The film is the 16th installment of the long-running Shake, Rattle & Roll horror anthology series, and the first one in nine years since the previous film. The film comprises of three vignettes - "Glitch", which follows a mother whose daughter summons a demon in the form of a children's show character, "Mukbang", which follows a group of online content creators who travel to and film in a mansion as they discover a dark secret about two of them, and "Rage", which follows a group of friends that find themselves facing a humanity-threatening infection that turns those infected with it into raging psychopaths. The film's theatrical R-13 cut was released in 2023 to positive reception, with audiences and critics praising it as a successful return to form for the series. The film's uncensored, R-18 cut was exclusively released on Netflix worldwide in 2024.
